How It Works

• Email us at contact@naravy.com with your order number and a photo of the product.
• We'll process your refund within 3–5 business days.
• You can keep the product — we'd rather help a dog than process a return.

• The quality wasn't what you expected
• It arrived damaged
• You changed your mind
